Scholarship Information

  • Scholarship value: The number and value of the scholarships awarded in any academic year will be as determined by EHA (Canada) Inc.
  • Application deadline: Fully completed application packages will be accepted by EHA (Canada) Inc. via email up to the date set by EHA (Canada) Inc.
  • Recipient selection: The successful applicant(s) will be selected by the board of EHA (Canada) Inc. from all eligible applicants.
  • Successful applicants will be notified by email. Scholarship winners may be required to provide further materials at the request of EHA (Canada) Inc.  Failure to provide further details requested by EHA (Canada) Inc. may result in the award offer being revoked.
  • All scholarship award decisions are final and are not subject to appeal.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an EHA (Canada) Inc. Scholarship, students must:

  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate certificate, diploma or degree program at an accredited post-secondary institution in Canada or at an equivalently recognized international post secondary or post graduate institution approved by EHA (Canada) Inc.
  • Be enrolled as a Canadian/domestic student or as an international student.

Submission

Please email the following documents to ehacanada@gmail.com in addition to submitting this form: 

  1. Application Form. If you cannot complete the google form, you can find a Word Doc version here.
  2. Your personal statement as outlined in the Terms and Conditions (linked below). 
  3. Letter from the Registrar’s office confirming full-time or part time or online student status in the Fall semester.
  4. A transcript demonstrating an academic standing meeting the qualifying standard of the college or university in the most recent academic year (unofficial transcripts are acceptable).
  5. Two (2) personal references setting out their relationship to you with their names and contact information and any comments on why your application for the scholarship should be awarded to you.
  6. Review and complete the Terms and Conditions and include a signed form in your submission.
